BeMySystem grew from the work of running clinics, not just advising them.

After moving to Hawai‘i, Dr. Joe acquired his first chiropractic clinic, Wild Bird. The approach developed there was then applied to a second practice, Island Nerve. Today, that experience is informing the next acquisition: Upper Cervical Y.

People stay in control. The current platform produces advisory analysis when an authorized team member requests it. It does not autonomously change ad campaigns or send customer messages.

Do you guarantee revenue growth?

No. We offer a structured approach to improving business operations and decision-making, not a revenue promise. Results depend on the clinic’s starting position, market, team and execution. The historical clinic results above are not projections.

Is this a 90-day or a six-month process?

The work starts with a focused 90-day action plan. Full implementation typically follows a 90–180-day framework. Around month six is the point to begin evaluating sustained progress, not a guaranteed date for a financial result.

Is the approach only for chiropractic clinics?

Our operating experience began in chiropractic. BeMySystem is intended for clinic owners across specialties, with priorities adapted to each business. We do not claim the same historical outcomes across all specialties.

Does AI make decisions for my clinic?

No. AI supports analysis and recommendations. People decide what to implement. The current workspace is not a clinical system and must not receive patient records, protected health information or sensitive clinical data.

Can I connect any Meta advertising account?

Only accounts you are authorized to access, subject to Meta’s app permissions and approval requirements. A client administrator connects and selects the intended accounts. Our app does not grant access to unrelated accounts.
